Project Assistant Intern
Location

As a Project Assistant Intern, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to the project manager and contribute to the efficient execution of ongoing projects. The diverse range of tasks encompasses project management support, bilingual document handling, and streamlined information management.
Requirements
Support for the project manager
- Support project management, including monitoring progress and ensuring relevant parties are adequately informed
- Track, create, manage, and remind internal/customer meeting schedules related to the project
Report and Document Management
- Translate and synthesize English – Vietnamese documents
- Proof-read, review, and spell check reports, documents, and other deliveries
- Assisting with formatting/editing letters, reports, and other documents from draft to the client-ready stage
- Becoming knowledgeable of firm mailing/delivery processes
- Establish and maintain an efficient information storage system for easy access and retrieval of necessary information
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Strong communication skill, problem-solving skill, ability to work both in a team and independently
- Attention to details, self-management, and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing
- PC literate and proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
