We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role is essential to expanding FPT Digital’s market presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients through digital transformation services.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential customers to create new business opportunities.
- Present and promote FPT Digital’s digital transformation services to clients.
- Collaborate closely with consulting experts and specialized solution teams during the sales process and project implementation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Prepare business performance reports and recommend strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Stay informed about FPT Digital’s new offerings and market trends to provide relevant solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in IT or digital transformation sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Proficiency in English communication is a strong advantage.

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
