As a Data Analyst at FPT Digital, you will bridge the gap between data and business operations. Your primary responsibility is to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations that help businesses optimize operations, improve efficiency, and achieve growth objectives. This role combines data expertise with business acumen to deliver practical value to clients across diverse industries.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Visualization
-
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to extract business insights.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support decision-making.
2. Business Consulting through Data Insights
-
Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Propose data-driven solutions and support implementation of BI, Data Warehouse, or AI systems.
3. Training & Internal Capability Building
-
Support and guide internal users in leveraging data reports effectively.

Stay updated on data trends and share knowledge with the team.
4. Business Development Support

Assist the consulting team with data analysis and expert materials for client projects.
Job Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
-
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
-
Familiarity with BI, Data Warehouse, or Big Data systems is an advantage.
Experience:
-
2-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.

Experience working with large enterprises or consulting projects is a plus.
Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
