As a Data Analyst at FPT Digital, you will bridge the gap between data and business operations. Your primary responsibility is to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations that help businesses optimize operations, improve efficiency, and achieve growth objectives. This role combines data expertise with business acumen to deliver practical value to clients across diverse industries.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Processing & Exploration:

    • Work hands-on with Databricks or equivalent Data Platforms/Lakehouse environments to extract and process large-scale datasets.

    • Demonstrate strong SQL expertise in writing, optimizing, and executing complex queries to prepare data structures for analytical purposes.

  2. Business Analytics & Metric Frameworks:

    • Lead the analysis of business data, developing and optimizing core metric frameworks to monitor and drive business performance.

    • Conduct advanced analytical deep-dives, including Funnel, Cohort, Retention, Conversion, Uplift, and Campaign/Customer behavior analysis.

  3. BI & Dashboard Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated, intuitive dashboards using modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

  4. Stakeholder Management & Strategic Advisory:

    • Partner directly with Business Stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.

    • Go beyond passive, ad-hoc reporting by proactively analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities, offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of SQLPython, or R is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BIData Warehouse, or Big Data systems is an advantage.
Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
  • Experience working with large enterprises or consulting projects is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

03 HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
