FPT Digital is looking for an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Power BI to join our team. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you will directly shape the BI landscape for our clients, optimize their data architectures, and unlock new business opportunities through advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, analytics, and visualization, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions and optimize their operations.

Requirements

Location: Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh (with potential relocation to the US)

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Analytics Architecture:

  • Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade Power BI solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop optimized data models, interactive dashboards, and insightful reports that enable strategic decision-making.
  • Architect efficient ETL pipelines and ensure seamless data integration from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, POS, APIs)

2. Technical Leadership:

  • Serve as the Power BI SME, driving best practices in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization
  • Lead the integration of data from diverse systems into a unified analytics platform
  • Ensure data governance, security compliance, and accuracy across all reporting solutions

3. Business & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to define BI strategies and KPIs
  • Translate business needs into actionable BI solutions that deliver measurable business impact
  • Provide training and enablement for business users to leverage self-service analytics effectively

4. Optimization & Monitoring:.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance BI efficiency, automation, and AI-driven insights.
  • Implement predictive analytics and advanced data visualization techniques to provide forward-looking business intelligence.
  • Monitor and optimize Power BI performance to ensure a seamless user experience

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL and database management skills for building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience in integrating multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, POS, APIs) into a unified reporting framework.
  • Understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in automating and scheduling Power BI reports for enterprise use.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, BI Architect, or Data Analytics Lead, with at least 5 years specializing in Power BI.
  • Proven track record in delivering data-driven solutions that improve business performance.
  • Experience in building and scaling analytics solutions in enterprise environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a business-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present insights to executives.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end BI projects, from concept to execution, in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300 or equivalent).
  • Experience in AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
