AI Solutions Consultant

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the architecture of enterprise AI solutions, from data pipelines to model deployment and integration with business systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions across various domains (e.g., predictive modeling, recommendation, NLP, computer vision)
- Collaborate with consulting, data engineering, and product teams to shape scalable and secure AI systems
- Lead technical discussions with clients, assess technical feasibility, and map AI capabilities to business needs
- Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, and infrastructure (cloud/on-premise) for AI workloads
- Provide guidance on MLOps, CI/CD, version control, and model lifecycle management
- Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and apply them where relevant
- Support proposal writing, solution demo, and pre-sales activities from a technical perspective
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of machine learning workflows, data pipelines, model serving, and inference optimization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Kubernetes, MLflow)
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to explain architecture to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, or AI agents is a strong plus
- English proficiency (written & spoken) required

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
