Business Analyst – Salesforce

As a Business Analyst of FPT Digital, you will support the Manager and Bussiness consultant to undertake the research duty and take part in the projects to gather clients’ pain points and growth opportunities, research and develop a Digital Transformation Roadmap to help businesses gain competitive advantages by leveraging digital technology.
Requirements
Job Description
- Elicit, analyze, and define detailed business requirements for enterprise information systems;
- Manage User Stories, establish AS-IS/TO-BE processes, conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, and define Acceptance Criteria;
- Coordinate and act as a bridge between Business Users, the implementation team, and Solution Experts (CoE);
- Manage business scope and Change Requests;
- Organize, support, and train end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Proficient in business analysis, drafting specification documentation, and defining Acceptance Criteria;
- Proven experience in project implementation with a strong understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles, as well as Agile/Scrum frameworks;
- Strong communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and good English proficiency.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in implementation projects for ERP, CRM, or DMS systems;
- Understanding of the Salesforce Cloud platform solutions.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
