Job Description 

1. Market Research & Technology Trend Analysis

• Lead data collection and look deeply into specialized information regarding the client’s industry, including competitor benchmarking and customer insights.

• Constantly track and keep up to date with emerging digital trends, digital business models, and new technological developments to leverage them for business and marketing improvement.

2. Survey Design & Process Optimization

• Assist in developing and conducting comprehensive surveys, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and user workshops to gather baseline information from client stakeholders.

• Synthesize, analyze, and document current business processes. Identify operational pain points and inefficiencies to propose future-state digital optimization solutions.

3. Requirement Synthesis & Problem Solving

• Fully understand and master task briefs from Project Managers/Team Leads and seamlessly synthesize them with the client’s actual briefs to analyze complex information.

• Translate high-level business needs into detailed, actionable functional and non-functional requirements for solution and technical teams.

4. Team Collaboration & Project Reporting

• Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with other consulting and technical team members during project execution.

• Report progress, insights, and deliverables regularly to the Project Leader for internal reviews and quality assurance.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degrees in business management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related majors. 

• Outstanding academic performance and study abroad is a plus. 

• Able to effectively work as an independent and as a team member in a project. 

• Adapt well to flexible and ever-changing environments. 

• Have an inquisitive and innovative mind. 

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, especially writing skills, is highly encouraged.
