Technical Architect
Location
Hanoi, Vietnam (with potential to travel/relocate abroad)
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. You will work closely with consulting teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. This role offers opportunities to travel or relocate abroad to support global clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with consulting and development teams to implement technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and present solutions in a clear, concise manner.
- Work with international teams and clients, to understand their technical needs and present solutions effectively, contributing to cross-border projects and learning from global best practices.
- Analyze cost, benefit of initiatives to prove effectiveness of the proposed solution
- Create detailed architecture documentation and presentation slides, including design specifications, diagrams, service offerings and project plans.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or IT architecture.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience with at least one of the following technologies: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), IoT, AI/ML, Blockchain, Microservices, or Automation.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, cloud platforms).
- Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Travel/Relocation: Willingness to travel or relocate abroad as needed to support global clients.
- International Exposure: Experience in consulting, working abroad, or involvement in international projects is preferred.

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
