We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations and help foster a positive, efficient workplace at FPT Digital. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to a strong company culture.
1. Responsibilities:

Support HR operations including employee records, contract management, attendance tracking, payroll, and benefits administration.

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development programs.

Handle administrative tasks such as document management, office supplies, equipment, and internal documentation.

Coordinate internal events and support company culture and employee engagement activities.

Compile and submit regular HR reports and statistics as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
2. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and good communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR policies is a plus.
