EMS Vietnam and FPT Digital officially kick off the comprehensive digital transformation strategy consulting project for 2025, with a vision to 2030.
Following the success of the in-depth seminars on digital transformation with the leaders and employees of EMS, FPT Digital, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation specializing in providing consulting services on digital transformation roadmaps, will continue to accompany and support EMS in developing an overall strategy and clarifying the detailed digital transformation roadmap to 2025, with orientation to 2030.
The digital consulting project is divided into two phases. In the first stage, FPT Digital will survey and evaluate the level of digital maturity at EMS. Next, FPT Digital will consult EMS Vietnam on development strategy, including a digital transformation strategy and roadmap, a master plan on information technology architecture, a communication plan, and digital transformation training.
Both parties will coordinate, organize and carry out transfer activities, guidance, and training programs to implement the digital transformation roadmap.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lam – Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMS Vietnam, said that they identified the main focus areas are increasing labor productivity, improving customer experience, and creating breakthroughs in business. Therefore, the development and implementation of a digital transformation roadmap will have to focus on being systematic, comprehensive, and long-term. A representative from EMS also expresses that this is an important opportunity for the company to show the determination of the leaders and the whole corporation in promoting comprehensive digital transformation.
Leaders of the two corporations agreed that digital transformation has large, diverse, and complex requirements of content and workloads. This requires coordination between the two parties and determining the contents and conditions of the roadmap following the necessary resources to ensure practicality, feasibility, and effectiveness. Both sides also agreed to prioritize solving urgent and highly effective issues.
