Mr. Darjusch Tafreschi, Head of the Data4Policy project at GIZ, affirmed FPT Digital’s consulting capabilities and expressed the desire to continue collaborating with FPT Digital during the implementation phase of the project to build a data exploitation platform for the Vietnamese labor market.
On May 14 in Hanoi, FPT Digital, in collaboration with GIZ, launched the project to develop an online job vacancy data exploitation platform to provide labor market information in Vietnam.
The project is part of the Data4Policy (Data for Policy) program, funded by the German Development Cooperation Organization (GIZ), and has garnered attention from the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.
The launch ceremony was attended by Mr. Ngô Xuân Liễu, Director of the Department of Employment and the National Center for Employment Services, Mr. Darjusch Tafreschi, Head of the Data4Policy project at GIZ, Mr. Đoàn Hữu Hậu, Consulting Director at FPT Digital, and representatives from the Institute of Labor Science and Social Affairs, and the Information Technology Center.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Darjusch Tafreschi, Head of the Data4Policy project at GIZ, highly appreciated FPT Digital’s consulting capabilities following the completion of the research phase and expressed his desire to continue partnering with FPT Digital during the implementation phase.
The development and digitization of the labor market database will enable state agencies to effectively manage the labor market and provide businesses with a foundational source of information for planning training and workforce development strategies.
Aiming to create long-term data exploitation benefits for all parties, Mr. Ngo Xuan Lieu, Director of the Department of Employment and the National Center for Employment Services, committed to sharing and guiding the application of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs’ electronic information exploitation architecture framework during the platform’s development. This ensures compliance with data exploitation regulations and information security standards.
On behalf of FPT Digital, Mr. Đoàn Hữu Hậu, Consulting Director at FPT Digital, stated that the data exploitation platform will utilize AI technology for analysis to produce visual reports.
