FPT Digital joined the Data4Policy project in releasing the technical report “Application of data mining for online recruitment in Vietnam” on June 2. The report is part of a larger “Data4Policy” initiative to use big data in labour policymaking around the world, in which FPT Digital serves as a data research consultant.
The data is a potential additional source of information for Vietnam’s labour market, thereby helping state management agencies to plan labour policies. Vietnam is the pilot country of the Data4Policy project, by that expanding the scope of project development to neighbouring countries.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Consulting Director of Digital Transformation at FPT Digital, shared details about the report’s content and demonstrated basic skills of the online recruitment data platform (OJV). The event drew the attention of leaders from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids, and Social Affairs’ Employment Department, the Institute of Labor and Social Sciences, and the Institute of Labor and Social Sciences.
