FPT Digital and Petrolimex organized a training and dissemination session on the digital transformation strategy for leaders and managers at all levels on September 27, 2023, as part of the consulting project on building a digital transformation strategy at Vietnam National Petroleum Group until 2025, with a vision to 2030.
Mr. Pham Van Thanh, Chairman of Petrolimex, Mr. Dao Nam Hai, Chief Executive Officer of Petrolimex, and approximately 3,000 senior managers from more than 100 locations around the country attended the training session.
The training session was led by Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc – Partner of FPT Digital, with assistance from Mr. Le Vu Minh and Mr. Pham Thanh Dai Linh, Digital Transformation Consulting Directors at FPT Digital.
Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc and FPT Digital consultants presented the major outcomes of the first two stages of the Petrolimex digital transformation strategy consulting project at the event. In the first phase, FPT Digital conducted surveys and evaluated the digital maturity of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group, which included the parent business and 43 member petroleum firms, as well as the amount of integration with 7 companies. Based on the results, FPT Digital and Petrolimex developed a transformation roadmap and strategy that included 25 digital initiatives established around three pillars (Corporate Management, Goods Management, and Customer Management) and two lever factors (IT platform and Petrolimex’s digital human and culture development).

Mr. Dao Nam Hai – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, CEO cum Head of Petrolimex’s Digital Transformation Committee, praised FPT Digital and members of the Digital Transformation Committee for their efforts in completing the Digital Transformation Strategy Consulting Project.
The Digital Transformation Strategy for the period 2025- 2030 has been announced to 3,000 employees, demonstrating the company’s determination to become the leading energy corporation in Vietnam with green, clean, high-quality energy, and environmentally friendly products based on 4.0 technology development and comprehensive digital transformation within.
