FPT Digital is seeking an experienced and technically strong AI Solutions Consultant to join our digital transformation team. You will play a critical role in designing, proposing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that help businesses unlock new value, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI solution strategies

Analyze data availability, infrastructure, and pain points to propose appropriate AI/ML solutions

Design and present AI architecture, models, and approaches tailored to client-specific use cases

Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Tech, Consulting) to prototype and deploy AI models

Deliver technical presentations, documentation, and client training when required

Stay updated on AI trends, especially in Generative AI and Agentic AI
Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or enterprise technology solutions

Proficient in Python, with solid knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Hands-on experience in end-to-end AI project implementation: from data pipeline to deployment

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to advise on value-focused AI adoption

Experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI is a strong plus

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
