As a Project Manager at FPT Digital, you will serve as the vital bridge between strategy and execution for large-scale Digital and AI Transformation projects.
Working alongside a team of world-class experts and clients, you will assess current states, identify high-impact opportunities, and design digital initiatives that deliver tangible, measurable business value. With a robust foundation in process and technology, coupled with strategic foresight and leadership, you will lead enterprises through data-driven journeys to unlock sustainable growth potential.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements across strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, and AI adoption
- Diagnose client challenges through interviews, workshops, data analysis, surveys, and current-state assessments
- Design pragmatic, high-impact solutions to enhance revenue, productivity, customer experience, and decision-making
- Advise senior executives on transformation priorities, target operating models, and high-impact AI use cases
- Translate AI opportunities into real-world applications, including automation, intelligent operations, forecasting, and enhanced customer service
- Lead and develop project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable client impact
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
- Coach and develop junior consultants, shaping the next generation of talent
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or operational excellence
- Structured thinking and the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior executives
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering projects in fast-paced environments
- Interest or experience in AI, data, automation, or digital transformation
- Strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and a results-driven approach

Test (required for some positions)
If we see that you are potential candidate from the CV, you will be invited to take part in a test prior the 1st interview. With this test, we’ll gain a through understanding of you, your throughts and how you interact, and solve the problem.

Aptitude interview
If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
