Tech Lead – Sales Intelligence Platform

We are looking for someone who wants to build a product where enterprise data, GenAI, and AI Agents work together to power thousands of sales decisions every day.

Requirements
1. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team to develop the Sales Intelligence platform
- Translate architecture and product requirements into feasible technical solutions
- Design and develop core components of the system: Data Services, AI Services, Agent Framework, APIs, Frontend & Backend Platform
- Coordinate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Engineering Team to make critical technical decisions
- Define coding standards, engineering practices, and product quality
- Participate in design and code reviews, and optimize system performance
- Support and develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team
2. Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role or as a Senior Engineer leading a team
- Experience with distributed system architecture, APIs, and Cloud Platforms
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, NodeJS, or equivalent)
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and lead a team
3. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
- Prior experience building a product from the early stages
- Experience with Data Platforms, Analytics, or AI Systems
- Understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, or AI Agents
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Interest in Product Thinking and Business Impact

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
