Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, supporting projects and seniors to drive digital transformation for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced analysts, consultants to gain hands-on experience in the digital consulting industry. This internship is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in business analysis and exposure to a wide range of digital consulting activities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making and strategy development.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform project strategies and recommendations.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards that summarize project findings, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as per requests from line manager.
Qualifications:
- Education: Fresh graduate or 3rd / 4th year student in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related majors.
- Outstanding academic performance and study abroad is a plus
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced consulting environment.

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
