As the Media Production Specialist at FPT Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our creative teams, technical experts, and content creators to ensure that our media products meet the highest standards of excellence and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and execute media production projects.
Oversee all aspects of production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production tasks.
Ensure the technical quality and visual aesthetics of all media products, meeting the highest industry standards.
Coordinate production schedules and logistics, including arranging equipment and coordinating crew members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology to continuously improve the quality of media products.
Support the development of creative and innovative ideas to enhance the overall quality of our content.
Other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in media production, with a focus on talk shows, videos, and online classes.
Visionary thinking, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through media
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

02 Aptitude interview

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

03 HR interview

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
