Senior AI/Data Engineer

As a Senior AI/Data Engineer at FPT Digital Consulting, you will play a key role in advising and delivering AI and data solutions to support our clients’ digital transformation. You will lead consulting engagements, provide strategic recommendations, and architect AI-driven solutions that help clients solve complex business challenges. Your experience in AI and data engineering will be instrumental in providing innovative, value-driven outcomes for our clients
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects focused on AI and/or data solutions, including the design and implementation of machine learning models and data pipelines
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/data-driven solutions that address their strategic needs
- Provide thought leadership in AI and data engineering, advising clients on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions that align with client business goals and ensure technical feasibility
- Conduct data assessments and provide actionable insights based on AI and machine learning applications
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI and/or data engineering with previous experience in consulting is a plus
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data structures, databases, ETL processes and data processing tools and/or Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and AI service deployments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Language: Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Leadership: Experience leading consulting engagements and mentoring teams

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
