FPT Corporation and NovaGroup have officially launched a consulting project to develop a Digital Transformation Strategy. This marks an important step in the strategic cooperation between the two parties to build a data- and technology-driven operating model across the entire NovaGroup ecosystem.
NovaGroup is a multi-industry investment and economic development group with three main pillars: real estate, services and tourism, and agriculture and consumer goods. The Group has been accelerating digital transformation for many years, especially since 2025 through programs focused on standardizing operating processes and building a digital enterprise governance platform. It has also developed and applied technology in internal management, while upgrading core business systems such as digital sales platforms, customer care systems, and smart operational applications at project sites.

At a time when digital technology and artificial intelligence are significantly reshaping business operating models worldwide, NovaGroup has identified comprehensive digital transformation as one of the key directions in its development strategy for the next phase, aiming to enhance governance capacity, optimize operations, create greater value, and drive sustainable growth.
The Digital Transformation Strategy Consulting Project is the next implementation step within the comprehensive strategic partnership between NovaGroup and FPT Corporation, established to promote digital transformation, innovation, and technology adoption across the NovaGroup ecosystem. Under this partnership, FPT serves as a strategic partner in consulting on and implementing digital transformation programs, applying AI, big data, and new technology platforms for NovaGroup.
The project kick-off ceremony was held on March 13 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of leaders from NovaGroup, NovaLand Group, Nova Service Group, as well as representatives and experts from FPT Corporation. The project will be implemented across NovaGroup and two of its member units: NovaLand Group – the developer of residential real estate, urban areas, and resort properties and Nova Service Group – the ecosystem of services, commerce, and community utilities.

The event marks the beginning of the process to build a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for NovaGroup and its member companies, with the goal of establishing a data- and technology-driven operating model.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Duong Van Bac, Chief Executive Officer of NovaLand Group, said that digital transformation is one of NovaGroup’s key strategic priorities in its new phase of development. “Partnering with FPT will help NovaGroup build a structured digital transformation strategy that is closely aligned with its business strategy, thereby enhancing governance capabilities and optimizing operational efficiency across the entire ecosystem.”
The project will help NovaGroup conduct a comprehensive assessment of its current technology and operations, while laying the foundation for implementing digital initiatives to improve business performance and governance capabilities.
Building a digital transformation strategy for the NovaGroup ecosystem
Within the scope of the project, FPT will conduct a comprehensive survey and assessment of the current state of IT application, the level of digitization in operational processes, and the digital transformation needs of NovaGroup and its member companies. The results of this assessment will serve as the basis for building the digital transformation strategy framework and proposing a portfolio of priority digital initiatives for implementation during the 2026–2028 period.
In addition, the project will design a detailed digital transformation roadmap, propose an overall technology architecture, and recommend a Digital Transformation Office model aligned with NovaGroup’s governance structure.
Mr. Le Hung Cuong, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Digital, FPT Corporation, affirmed that FPT will accompany NovaGroup throughout the entire digital transformation journey, starting from the current-state assessment, strategy development, and roadmap design tailored to the Group’s operational characteristics. “The goal is to help NovaGroup quickly establish a data- and technology-driven operating model, improve operational efficiency, and enhance its ability to adapt to market changes.”

In implementing the project, FPT will apply the FPT Digital Kaizen™ methodology, a digital transformation consulting framework developed from experience gained through projects for major domestic and international enterprises. This methodology approaches digital transformation through three key pillars: business transformation, technology transformation, and people transformation. This approach is intended to ensure that digital transformation creates comprehensive change in governance models, operating processes, and corporate culture.
