Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect in FPT Digital’s Consulting Team, you will be the key technology expert responsible for designing and advising on digital technology solutions for clients undergoing digital transformation. You will work closely with strategy and business consultants, clients, and technology partners to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible, effective, and aligned with the client’s business goals. This role requires direct engagement with international clients, including onsite assignment in USA or in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technology lead in consulting projects, responsible for analyzing, designing, and architecting IT systems aligned with digital transformation strategies.
- Design and propose IT infrastructure, operations, networking, cybersecurity, cloud/on-premise platforms, and other digital technology foundations that match the client’s digital vision.
- Participate in client workshops, technical deep-dives, and solution presentations—both remotely and onsite at client locations in the US or Europe as required.
- Collaborate with business consultants and clients to gather requirements, assess current-state architecture, identify technology gaps, and propose optimized solutions.
- Evaluate and justify technology recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, implementation feasibility, and organizational impact.
- Preparing solution proposals, presenting to clients and stakeholders, and contributing to consulting documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or technology consulting role.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT service management, cybersecurity, system integration, ERP, and data platforms.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solution Architect, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad for onsite client work (short-term or extended engagements, primarily in the US or Europe).

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
