The Digital Consulting Manager is responsible for advising and leading digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients, from assessing current-state capabilities and identifying business challenges to developing strategies, target architectures, and implementation roadmaps.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture who want to work with large enterprises and senior-level stakeholders.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with client leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation priorities.
Assess business processes, operating models, enterprise applications, and IT architecture to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop digital transformation strategies, target operating models, target-state architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
Advise on enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, data platforms, and automation; support technology selection and implementation planning.
Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to align priorities, define project scope, and build consensus on recommendations.
Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, costs, and organizational readiness.
Lead consulting workstreams and coordinate client teams, vendors, and implementation partners to manage delivery, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Prepare consulting reports and executive presentations; support change management and solution adoption.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, enterprise solution implementation, or project management.
Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and how technology supports business objectives.
Broad knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, including applications, data, integration, and infrastructure.
Ability to translate complex business and technology challenges into practical recommendations and implementation plans.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead workstreams and collaborate effectively with business and IT teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in system architecture, implementation consulting, or project/program management.
Experience with large-scale ERP, CRM, data, or business transformation projects.
English proficiency; certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent are advantages.
Understanding of business applications of AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, and automation.
