We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager (3–4 years) to join our delivery team and support AI/ML/GenAI technology projects. You will ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes on time by facilitating Agile practices, managing risks and dependencies, and working closely with technical leads, consultants, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-up, grooming, review, retrospective.
Support the team in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid).
Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Work closely with AI Engineers/Data Engineers/Tech Leads to translate requirements into actionable backlog items and sprint goals.
Coordinate with client stakeholders to manage expectations, report progress, and resolve blockers.
Ensure project documentation is maintained (project plan, RAID log, sprint reports, meeting minutes, change requests).
Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) and propose improvement actions.
Drive team alignment and communication across multiple functions (Tech, Data, Consulting, QA, Cloud).

Requirements / Qualifications

3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in technology projects.
Hands-on experience managing projects related to AI/ML, data, analytics, or GenAI (e.g., chatbot, RAG, predictive models, recommendation, computer vision, MLOps, data platforms).
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience applying them in delivery.
Solid understanding of AI project delivery lifecycle: data readiness, experimentation, model iteration, deployment, monitoring (basic understanding is sufficient; you don’t need to code).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Consulting) and client-facing communication.
Proficiency in project tracking tools (Jira/Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Good English communication (written & verbal) is a plus.

Nice to Have

Scrum Master certification (PSM I/CSM) or PMP/PMI-ACP.
Experience in MLOps/Cloud delivery contexts (AWS/GCP/Azure) and vendor coordination.
Experience in consulting or delivering to enterprise clients.

03 HR interview

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
