FPT Digital is a pioneer in the field of digital transformation consulting. FPT Digital has advised numerous large companies and corporations on the roadmap to build resources and digital transformation associated with each business’s development orientation.

Oristar’s goal in collaborating with FPT Digital is to build an ERP system that meets their needs, is compatible with the company’s existing operating system, and is geared toward excellent operation and lean management across production plants.
The project is divided into three phases: survey, business analysis, and development of procurement requirements. Through the Board of Directors and related professional departments, FPT Digital will conduct a survey on the actual needs of businesses. Then, FPT Digital will analyze the business to determine the highest priority needs as well as ERP system integration requirements into existing systems, resulting in the development of a suitable and cost-effective procurement title for businesses.
