Binh Thanh Adhesives & Chemicals Co., Ltd. (BT Chem) and FPT Digital have officially launched their Digital Transformation Consulting Project.
The kick-off ceremony saw participation from leaders, project members, and department managers of both parties. FPT Digital was represented by Vice President Lê Hùng Cường, Project Manager Nguyễn Thị Xuân Hiền, and the full project team. On BT Chem’s side, attendees included Director Trần Quyết Tâm, Deputy Director of Finance Trần Thị Thanh Thanh, Deputy Director and Digital Transformation Project Manager Ngô Đức Minh, along with other department heads.
The project was launched just over a month after the first meeting with FPT Digital, demonstrating BT Chem’s leadership’s commitment to digitizing business operations, improving management capabilities, and enhancing competitiveness for sustainable growth. The ceremony marks a significant milestone, initiating the survey phase—a critical step that will influence the project’s future success. During this phase, FPT Digital will collect the necessary data to analyze and assess BT Chem’s current level of digital maturity. These insights will provide the foundation for developing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. FPT Digital will then outline a digital transformation framework, set the implementation roadmap, and recommend digital initiatives aligned with BT Chem’s resources and growth potential to ensure the highest impact.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Trần Quyết Tâm shared: “Through digital transformation, we hope to improve how we work, gradually automating manual tasks to meet market demands. The company’s leadership also hopes that FPT Digital will help build solutions that foster stronger coordination and interaction across departments.” Trần Thị Thanh Thanh, Deputy Director of Finance, stressed the vital role of people in the digital transformation process, pointing out that many employees have been with the company since its early days and have grown accustomed to traditional methods. She expressed her hope that FPT Digital would help every employee recognize the importance of digital transformation and motivate them to adapt to this new work environment. Lê Hùng Cường reassured that the project team will work closely through each stage, ensuring that the proposed solutions are well-suited to the company’s resources, employee capabilities, and that the project remains feasible throughout implementation.
Both parties are confident that BT Chem’s strong commitment to digital transformation, along with FPT Digital’s practical experience gained through working with major enterprises across key sectors such as agriculture, commerce, oil and gas, and energy, will lead to the successful completion of the Digital Transformation program.
