FPT Digital was honored in the “Best Country Excellence” category for its contributions to sustainable development in Vietnam at the 16th Global CSR and ESG Summit & Awards 2024, held in Hanoi.
The conference is held annually and is one of the largest global events focused on sustainable development. The award highlights the international recognition of FPT Digital’s persistent efforts over the past years.
FPT Digital has been acknowledged for its role in supporting businesses across more than 20 industries, including oil and gas, maritime transport, and pharmaceuticals, in their digital transformation, green transition, and smart transformation initiatives.
FPT Digital has also partnered with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to enhance the effectiveness of Vietnam’s labor market information system by leveraging big data and artificial intelligence. In addition, the company has organized in-depth workshops to share knowledge and connect experts from over 500 enterprises on ESG practices and developing emission reduction roadmaps.
Simultaneously, FPT Digital has produced and freely published a series of high-quality professional materials and programs focused on digital transformation and green transition (DxReports, DxTalks). These have attracted over 6,000,000 views and downloads.

The conference brought together hundreds of guests and speakers, including thought leaders from various industries, as well as senior executives and CSR & ESG experts from around the world.
With the theme “Generating Meaningful Impact. Unlocking Value,” this year’s program focused on inspiring and encouraging positive changes while emphasizing the importance of consistently creating tangible impacts through corporate CSR and ESG strategies.
The speakers engaged in discussions about the challenges of sustainable development in Vietnam, exploring exemplary ESG and CSR strategies, as well as various environmentally friendly solutions and technologies.
FPT Digital’s Sustainable Development Consulting Expert, Nguyen Tuan Anh, shared insights on the role of digital technology in achieving ESG goals within the manufacturing sector, emphasizing the significant benefits that digital technology can bring to businesses. He highlighted that digital technology has a considerable impact on various aspects of production, enabling companies to meet emission reduction targets, save resources, move toward Zero Waste, protect the environment, and enhance production efficiency. This, he noted, will provide a significant boost to businesses, making them more capable and flexible in fulfilling their ESG commitments for sustainable development.
On the sidelines of the conference, the FPT Digital representative participated in in-depth discussions and connected with sustainable development experts from around the world, promising meaningful collaborations in the future.
The Global CSR & ESG Summit is an annual global conference in the CSR & ESG field, organized by Pinnacle Group International, headquartered in Singapore. The awards recognize organizations and companies with innovative strategies, products, services, projects in sustainable development (ESG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Each year, the organizers receive approximately 350-370 nominations and present awards in 10 categories. The conference has been held in Vietnam for three consecutive years, reflecting international recognition and Vietnam’s active efforts in promoting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
