PJICO accelerates comprehensive digital transformation with multiple new technology applications.

PJICO has actively implemented its digital transformation program by introducing various new technological applications and tools. Platforms such as the PJICO Seller App System, the website baohiem.pjico.com.vn, ipjico.vn, along with the upgraded My PJICO App, have brought significant convenience to customers.

On 12/7/2024, at the headquarters of PJICO, the conference on the implementation of the digital transformation program for the 2024-2028 period was officially launched in a hybrid format, combining both in-person and online participation, with the attendance of PJICO leaders and all employees nationwide, as well as the consulting partner FPT Digital.

Opening the conference, PJICO Chairman of the Board of Directors Pham Thanh Hai emphasized: “PJICO remains committed to the strategic orientation of safe, sustainable, and efficient development, at a faster pace based on the application of new digital initiatives and comprehensive transformation. PJICO has proactively deployed technological infrastructure and developed core platforms, so cooperating with a strategic partner like FPT Digital will enable PJICO to achieve outstanding achievements, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver the highest value to customers”.

Recognizing the rapidly changing trends in the insurance industry driven by technology, PJICO has undertaken early efforts in data and process digitization, fostering a digital culture and workforce, to enhance customer experience in the digital environment. This process has been a focus for PJICO since 2019, and to date, significant achievements have been made, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming comprehensive digital transformation phase. PJICO’s IT infrastructure has been deployed following the 2019-2024 IT strategy, developing core technology platforms and is ready to enter an accelerated phase from 2024 to 2028. In collaboration with FPT Digital, PJICO’s 2024-2028 digital transformation roadmap is built upon a multi-dimensional analysis, including development orientation, the current state of digitalization, industry trends, and market demand with the goal of serving customers promptly, accurately, and providing a better experience at all touchpoints. This comprehensive digital transformation program is designed to maximize PJICO’s advantages, leverage existing technology platforms, and optimize resources to enhance its competitive advantage.

After the digital transformation roadmap was approved by the Board of Directors in April 2024, ahead of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, PJICO has actively implemented the transformation program according to this roadmap and achieved very positive results after just one quarter. Applications, platforms, and tools serving the entire network’s operations have been deployed synchronously, notably the PJICO Seller App and the baohiem.pjico.com.vn website for gas stations and bancas (insurance products linked to financial services); the My PJICO App has been upgraded to provide customers with convenience in tracking insurance contracts and making claims. At the same time, the ipjico.vn website has been upgraded to enhance user experience; a management reporting system has been deployed to all management levels of units. New technologies have also been researched and applied to automate internal management activities. The technology infrastructure has been reviewed, supplemented, and enhanced with 24/7 monitoring services to ensure stable operations, customer data security, and system security, giving customers peace of mind when using PJICO’s online services.

Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang, General Director of FPT Digital, committed to always accompany PJICO throughout the digital transformation journey. The comprehensive transformation program and the maximum use of technology tools across the entire network will create a new competitive advantage on the technology platform, helping PJICO realize a safe, sustainable, and efficient development strategy at a faster pace. With the active and exemplary leadership of the leadership team, the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of the technology team, the digital transformation program at PJICO has received positive participation from the entire workforce. This is clearly demonstrated by PJICO employees’ serious application of the newly built and deployed technology tools, full completion of procedures, accurate data entry, and active support for partners and customers in installing and using the tools. The synchronous participation provides a complete, accurate, comprehensive, and timely data system to serve customers and management more effectively.

At the conclusion of the conference, PJICO General Director Nguyen Thi Huong Giang directed the next steps to ensure that the digital transformation program is implemented synchronously and effectively, while encouraging all PJICO employees to join hands and be determined to successfully implement the digital transformation program. She said: “Only through the unity, effort, and strong commitment of each individual can we make the most of advanced technologies, improve operational efficiency, and provide customers with peace of mind and the best experience. Let’s work together to take PJICO to a new level, realizing our strategy of safe, sustainable, and effective development.”
