FPT Digital, a pioneer in the field of Digital Transformation consulting in Vietnam, receives the 10th Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards for Innovation in Digital Transformation category.
In the category of Innovation in Digital Transformation of the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards 2023, two consulting firms were honored: FPT Digital (a digital transformation consulting company under FPT Corporation) from Vietnam, and Nam and Tata Consultancy Services from India, outperformed over 800 regional nominations.
“Methodology for FPT Digital Kaizen” was brought by FPT Digital to the award ceremony. The Jury Council (comprised of more than 150 people from various countries and leading technology companies such as Meta Platforms, Google, Amazon, Apple Inc., Twitter, Deloitte Consulting…) agreed that Digital Kaizen is a shining light among this year’s award nominees.
The methodology was developed based on nearly 30 years of information technology experience, as well as practical digital transformation experience from implementing digital transformation for top organizations around the world, and was also customized to fit current Vietnamese businesses.
FPT Digital applies FPT Digital Kaizen methodology in the entire digital transformation consulting process for businesses, aiming at three main strategies: excellent operation, excellent customer experience, and building a new business model; in which, the stages of implementation include the degree of digital maturity; developing a digital transformation roadmap; implementation, performance evaluation and improvement reports.
The first stage is Digital Maturity Assessment. FPT Digital helps businesses measure their overall digital maturity based on six main categories: Customers, operations, strategy, technology, culture and data.
Evaluation results will help businesses get a comprehensive, accurate and objective view of issues as well as their internal capacity.

However, most businesses find it difficult to assess their business overall to define what to prioritize in the future. Digital transformation consultants are necessary to help businesses correctly evaluate their business, and be prepared for the transformation journey.”
The following step is developing a digital transformation roadmap. FPT Digital Kaizen methodology helps businesses to establish a long-term digital transformation vision and strategy as well as implement it using specific digital initiatives; in which, the important factor of the journey is to encourage the participation of the entire staff through direct or online transformation exchange and discussion activities.
