Recently, Vietnam Post Corporation Vietnam Post cooperated with FPT Digital to organize a series of specialized seminars on digital transformation for senior leaders.
Series of seminars with in-depth topics on digital transformation
A series of seminars with specialized topics on digital transformation is organized to “incubate” the long-term digital transformation process, towards consensus and building commitment, building common trust in transformation in the leadership team – who will directly lead the digital transformation process at the Corporation.
Series of seminars covering the importance of digital transformation for the world in general and Vietnam in particular; analyze the story of digital transformation in the postal industry and the experiences that Vietnam Post Corporation can research and apply. In addition, the Corporation’s leadership was first introduced to the FPT Digital KaizenTM methodology developed by FPT and listened to and shared lessons learned on technology application and utilization of human resources in the digital transformation journey. In addition, members of the leadership board also practiced applying methods and guidance by experts when developing a strategic blueprint for digital transformation; practice building digital initiatives through innovative methods.
Master seminars on digital transformation took place with the participation of Mr. Truong Gia Binh – Chairman of FPT Corporation, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh – Deputy General Director of FPT and experts from FPT Digital with many years of experience in the field of digital transformation, Dr. Le Hung Cuong – Deputy General Director of FPT Digital, Mr. Le Vu Minh – Consulting Director of FPT Digital Digital Transformation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang – Consulting Director of FPT Digital and Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc – Digital transformation consultant director of FPT Digital.
After this series of seminars, the leadership of Vietnam Post Corporation – the leader of digital transformation will play a pioneering role in inspiring digital transformation for each member of the Corporation, then ready for the future digital transformation journey.
