Requirements

1. Key Responsibilities

Design the overall architecture for the Sales Intelligence platform
Define the integration architecture between: CRM, ERP, Data Platform, Knowledge Base, GenAI Services, AI Agents
Design solutions related to: Data Ingestion, Search & Retrieval, RAG, Multi-Agent Architecture, Security & Governanc
Coordinate with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Engineering Team to translate requirements into feasible solutions
Make decisions regarding architecture, technology, and technical standards
Support the development team during deployment and operations

2. Job Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development or technology solutions
Experience in designing enterprise system architecture
Understanding of Integration, API, Cloud, Security, and Data Architecture
Ability to work with multiple technical and business teams
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills

3. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

Experience with Data Platforms or Analytics Platforms
Understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, or AI Agents
Prior experience building SaaS or Enterprise Products
Experience with CRM, ERP, or Customer Data Platform systems

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
