Data Analyst

FPT Digital is seeking a Data Analyst to join large-scale digital transformation and data consulting projects. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data, transforming raw numbers into valuable insights to support strategic decision-making, and optimizing business operations.

Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to enhance management efficiency.
Business Consulting through Data:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Propose data-driven strategic solutions; support the implementation of BI systems, Data Warehouses, or AI solutions.
Internal Capability Development:
- Support and guide internal users in effectively utilizing data reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and share knowledge and best practices in data analytics with the team.
Business Development Support:
- Work alongside consulting teams to perform in-depth data analysis and prepare technical materials for client projects.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), or data consulting.
- Prior experience working with large enterprises or participating in consulting projects is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a strong advantage.
- Understanding BI systems, Data Warehousing, or Big Data is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

If we see that you are potential candidate from the CV, you will be invited to take part in a test prior the 1st interview. With this test, we’ll gain a through understanding of you, your throughts and how you interact, and solve the problem.

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
