Requirements

1. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop core features of the Sales Intelligence Platform
Build user experiences for AI features such as: AI Assistant, Customer Intelligence, Opportunity
Discovery, Knowledge Search, Sales Recommendation
Develop frontend and backend for AI-native products
Integrate AI services, data, and enterprise systems
Work alongside the Product Owner, Solution Architect, Tech Lead, and AI Engineers to bring the product from concept to real-world deployment
Contribute to architectural design, source code quality, and system performance

2. Job Requirements

4+ years of experience in software development
Experience building modern web applications
Proficient in frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or equivalent
Proficient in backend with NodeJS, Java, .NET, or Python
Understanding of REST APIs, Authentication, Databases, and Cloud Services
Strong product mindset and problem-solving skills

3. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

Prior experience building SaaS or Enterprise Products
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs
Understanding of GenAI, RAG, or AI Agents
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Interest in Product Thinking and User Experience

02 Aptitude interview

If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.

03 HR interview

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
