Business Analyst – Sales Intelligence Platform

We are looking for someone who can spot product opportunities in data, understand how businesses sell, and work with the team to turn those problems into AI features that users truly want to use.

Requirements
1. Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand sales processes, customer data, and real-world needs
- Analyze business problems and translate them into product requirements
- Build user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with the Product Owner, Designers, AI Engineers, and Data Engineers during product development
- Design business workflows for AI features such as: Customer Intelligence, Opportunity Discovery, AI Assistant, Sales Recommendation, Account Research
- Participate in UAT and evaluate the product’s alignment with business objective
2. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Ability to analyze and model business processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with enterprise products such as CRM, ERP, Data Platform, or Digital Transformation
3. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
- Understanding of B2B sales processes or customer management
- Experience working with data
- Interest in AI, GenAI, and AI Agents
- Prior participation in Data, Analytics, or AI projects

After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
