To support FPT Corporation’s strategic development direction in the new phase, while enabling leaders to focus fully on key responsibilities at the Corporation and subsidiary levels, and with the consensus of FPT Corporation’s leadership, FPT Digital has announced new leadership appointments.
Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh will step down from his role as Chairman of FPT Digital to focus on strategic responsibilities in his position as Chairman of FPT Telecom.
Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang has been appointed from Chief Executive Officer of FPT Digital to Chairman of FPT Digital, responsible for setting the overall strategic direction, leading the company’s growth roadmap, and driving its long-term development in key areas such as Digital Transformation, AI, and ESG.
At the same time, Mr. Le Hung Cuong has been promoted from CDO of FPT Digital to CEO of FPT Digital, taking direct responsibility for all business and operational activities to ensure implementation efficiency and strengthen execution capabilities across the company.

As Chairman of FPT Digital since the company’s establishment, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh laid the foundation and shaped the strategic vision for Digital Transformation, AI transformation, and ESG consulting activities at FPT Digital. Under his leadership, FPT Digital has grown strongly in both scale and capability, gradually expanding from strategic consulting to comprehensive implementation consulting, even amid significant market volatility.

Successor leadership with a new growth direction
As Chairman of FPT Digital, Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang will focus on the company’s overall strategic direction, leading its long-term growth roadmap and developing FPT Digital’s core capabilities in Digital Transformation, AI, and ESG, in close alignment with FPT Corporation’s broader strategy.

Chairman Tran Huy Bao Giang has more than two decades of experience in Information Technology and has held important positions such as Chief Technology Officer of FPT Software, Chief Digital Transformation Officer of FPT Corporation, and Chief Executive Officer of FPT Digital. He is a leader with deep expertise in solution architecture, technology strategy, and transformation governance at the scale of FPT Corporation as well as for many major enterprise clients, while also developing global partnerships.
At the same time, he has been a key initiator and strong advocate of the “AI-First” direction, spreading AI thinking and capabilities across the entire FPT ecosystem and among customers, helping create a distinct position for FPT Digital in Vietnam’s AI consulting and implementation market.
As Chief Executive Officer of FPT Digital, Mr. Le Hung Cuong will directly oversee business and operations, focusing on enhancing implementation capabilities, standardizing consulting-to-execution methodologies, and ensuring that strategies are translated into concrete outcomes for clients.

Mr. Le Hung Cuong is a PhD of Information Technology and a senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has extensive experience in consulting and implementing Digital Transformation across multiple industries, and is also a leader in promoting development thinking centered around digital ecosystems and collaboration with business leaders in Vietnam during the process of transforming operating models.
Before being appointed CEO of FPT Digital, he held positions such as Deputy Director of Solutions and Technology at FPT Software, Deputy Chief Digital Transformation Officer, President of FPT Digital Academy, and Chief Digital Transformation Officer of FPT Digital. He has directly built FPT Digital’s core consulting capabilities and led numerous large-scale Digital Transformation and AI projects for leading corporations in Vietnam.
