This training session assists Tin Nghia workers in better understanding the overview of digital transformation and the aspects that make multi-industry businesses like Tin Nghia successful in the digital transformation process.
This event was held on October 10, 2023, at the Tin Nghia Corporation office in Dong Nai province, and was attended by Tin Nghia’s Board of Directors and more than 100 high-level management officials.
Tin Nghia Corporation was established in 1989 and currently operates in 4 main segments: Petroleum, Real Estate, Agricultural Products and Logistics. After more than 34 years of establishment and development, Tin Nghia is now one of the largest corporations in Dong Nai province with 12 member companies, 2 affiliated units and 5 joint venture companies, with annual sales volume reaching over 10,000 billion VND.
In the coming time, Tin Nghia commits to developing quickly, sustainably and effectively in all 4 main areas of operation. This goal requires the Company to build a professional and modern management system; and to apply advanced management methods and IT solutions to management and operations.
Recognizing that people are at the heart of the digital transformation process, Tin Nghia has collaborated with FPT Digital to organize training to first raise awareness about digital transformation for key managers and other employees, and second, spread the spirit of determination for digital transformation to all employees in the Corporation.
At the beginning of the training session, Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc stated the importance and outstanding values of digital transformation. Next, he pointed out the challenges and opportunities that a multi-industry enterprise like Tin Nghia often encounters on the digital transformation journey. Finally, Mr. Ngoc proposed smart and correct digital transformation approaches, avoiding the trap of spreading investment across each of Tin Nghia’s current key business areas. Embedded in the shared content are practical stories drawn from his more than 20 years of professional experience.
The representative of Tin Nghia leaders expressed agreement with the views proposed by Mr. Ngoc and wished to soon accompany FPT Digital in the upcoming digital transformation roadmap.
Both parties will discuss cooperation opportunities in consulting, implementing and monitoring the Digital and Green Transformation roadmap, ensuring sustainable development goals and expanding business activities in the future that Tin Nghia proposed.
