We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and meticulous Admin/HR staff member to support daily human resources operations and contribute to building a positive and efficient working environment at FPT Digital. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and strengthening the company’s corporate culture.
Support HR operations, including employee records management, timekeeping, and employee benefits administration.
Coordinate the implementation of recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
Perform administrative tasks such as document control, office supplies management, equipment handling, and internal paperwork.
Support the organization of internal events, corporate culture activities, learning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Compile and prepare periodic HR reports and data as required.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the line manager.
