We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Project Bidding Specialist to support our team in preparing and submitting bids for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business or project management to gain practical experience and potentially transition into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of bid documents, including research, documentation, and submission.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal creation.

Analyze project requirements, budgets, and timelines to ensure the competitiveness of bids.

Maintain and update the bid tracking system to ensure timely submission and follow-up. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and standards.

Conduct market research to identify potential project opportunities and industry trends.

Prepare reports and presentations to support the bidding process.

Assist in contract negotiations and communicate with clients during the bidding phase.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in preparing bids for digital transformation projects or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).
