This position is open for candidates, equipped with applicable skills, and seeking opportunities to work in the consulting service at FPT Digital, Vietnam. Business Analyst (Junior Consultant) will join teams (digital transformation, ESG, or business transformation) and directly work with our client.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

While all consultants develop specialized knowledge as they develop and learn with FPT Digital, most are initially very broad in their focus, meaning the candidate do not need specific industry or functional expertise to be successful. We are looking for dynamic candidate who can:

  • Responsible for collecting data, and analyzing current information and trends about the client’s industry.
  • Assist in developing and conducting surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and various methods to collect and synthesize current information, and operating procedures.
  • Assess and analyze the current status of customers’ business and operations activities to propose appropriate solutions/ innitiatives
  • The junior consultant should make sure to fully understand the task briefs from the team lead or manager, and synthesize them with the client briefs to analyze complicated information.
  • While working on a consulting project, it is responsible for the junior consultant to communicate effectively with other team members, and then report and review regularly with the leader in charge of the project.
  • Language: English

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience (e.g: digital, ESG, business, market analysis,…) (consulting experience is preferred). 
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 
  • Able to effectively work as an independent and as a team member in a project 
  • Outstanding academic performance is a plus. 
  • Having a diverse understanding of industries is a plus

How is the recruitment process with us?
The recruitment process with FPT Digital usually goes through 3 steps
01 Test (required for some positions)
If we see that you are potential candidate from the CV, you will be invited to take part in a test prior the 1st interview. With this test, we’ll gain a through understanding of you, your throughts and how you interact, and solve the problem.
02 Aptitude interview
If the test you’ve done matches our expectation, we’ll invite you to our office for the aptitude interview. You will meet our colleagues from the domain or department that you applied for.
03 HR interview
After the aptitude interview, you will enter the last interview with our HR & operation leaders to test your interaction skill and your suitability to fit in the organization.
