The Future Business Leaders Program is built for top fresh graduates and young professionals with under 2 years of experience who want to grow at the intersection of Strategic Marketing, Business Development, AI Advisory, and Digital Transformation.
As a Future Leader at FPT Digital, you will help shape Vietnam's AI and Digital Transformation agenda by tackling CEO-level business challenges for leading corporations, engaging with C-suite executives, and translating complex technology into measurable business growth and strategic impact.

Identify and develop strategic opportunities with enterprise clients by understanding industry challenges, business priorities, and Digital Transformation roadmaps.

Build relationships with C-suite executives through executive networking, industry events, LinkedIn engagement, and strategic business communities.
- 03
Conduct account research and prepare strategic insights, executive materials, and client intelligence to support high-level discussions between FPT Digital and prospective clients.

Participate in selected client meetings, workshops, and business development initiatives alongside senior consultants and business leaders.

Background
Fresh graduates or young professionals with under 2 years of experience, with strong academic and extracurricular achievements. GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent preferred.

Backgrounds in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Data Science, or related fields are preferred.

What documents should candidates prepare for the application?
Candidates should prepare an application package that clearly presents their academic background, work experience (if any), and career development aspirations. The application should be professionally formatted and well-structured, preferably following the Harvard-style resume format.
What language will be used during the Team Challenge and Final Interview rounds?
The Team Challenge round will be conducted in Vietnamese. For the Final Interview round, the language may be either English or Vietnamese depending on the interviewer’s requirements.

How long is the training and development journey?
By joining the Future Business Leaders Program, candidates will experience a 24–36-month development journey, including direct mentorship from Managers, Directors and opportunities to participate in real business projects.
How many interview rounds are there?
The selection process includes three rounds: an initial HR Interview, followed by a Team Challenge, and a final 1-on-1 Interview.
